Update for older printers

A final update that should make printing the skirt easier for older (lower res) printers. In some places the skirt was too thin for older printers to reliably print without breakage unless overexposing. I've thickened the dress, which should fix this issue. The update also affects the base_frame parts so those have been updated too.
